Councillor Ralph Vaughan, our Chairman, has signed a new Charter between Cardiff Council and the six Community Councils in Cardiff, on behalf of Radyr & Morganstown Community Council. The Charter sets out how Cardiff Council will work in partnership with the six community councils.
