Cardiff Council is launching its 'Pink Sticker' campaign on 2 March, to encourage all of us to ensure that we place the correct items in our green bags and garden waste wheelie-bins. The pink-sticker campaign will introduce a five-step enforcement procedure - with the fifth step (for repeat offending) leading to a £100 Fixed Penalty Notice.
